According to 9to5Mac it seems that Apple has started to release a redesigned version of the instrument & # 8220;Report a problem & # 8221; on the iTunes store for a select group of users. Until now in fact the instrument could be used only by iTunes, both Windows and OS X, but the new version will be available and usable even by visiting the # & 8217; special page directly from the browser, by computer or mobility.

This finally allows users to manage the reporting of problems with iTunes not only computers, but also by iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. This feature allows users to speak with a representative of 8217; # & assistance clients if they are found to specific problems with iTunes, such as # & 8217; purchase by mistake a song, movie or application.

Normally you would have to fill a form and then speak to one of the above representatives via email, but the new system introduced by Apple is completely automated and will be able to grant or reject a claim totally automatic.

Although the release is started on 13 March, its availability will increase over the next few months. Initially, only users can access it and next support will be extended to other countries.
