HP integrates in the Samsung Galaxy S4 native printing functionality

Two days ago, at a press conference, HP unveiled a new print functionality available for Samsung devices that allows users to print wirelessly at more than 180 models of HP network printers.

The main difference between the current applications that perform the same function, is that the phone does not require any configuration or additional applications.

The new features are already operating in 8217; # & last flagship Samsung, Galaxy S4, and will be available through firmware upgrades in the Galaxy S III and in Note II.

Specifically, users can print in two ways: via Wi-Fi if smartphones and printer are on the same network, or through Direct Print technology HP. The function will handle even the print settings such as orientation or paper type, color/black-and-white, duplex printing and more.

The PRINT button will be available in many applications, including email client, the Android browser, Gallery, contacts data, and Notes Polaris's Office.
