Apple and Intel: deal near for the realization of mobile processors

As reported by Reuters, it seems that Apple and Intel are discussing to collaborate with a view to the creation of a new ARM SoC for use on upcoming iOS devices.

Executives of the two giants would be in fact discussing the last details to establish this new collaboration that will lead to the construction of new chip & # 8220 series;A & #; 8221 Apple, designed specifically for iPhone and iPad to next generation. L 8217; # & agreement has not been reached yet.

As early as 2012, Intel had shown very interested to collaborate with Apple for the realization of the SoC for iPhone and iPad, but l 8217; # & idea was later scrapped. Such cooperation would bring benefits to both companies: Apple would a partner among the best ever in the field of processors, while Intel would have a customer among the largest ever for quantity and quality of products.

That agreement, will release then once for all Apple from Samsung which still produces some mobile processors for materially l 8217; # & Cupertino company.
